"Passions Network" also reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the "Passions Network" service, without notice, if your profile does not contain a 'description'.

"Passions Network" also reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the "Passions Network" service, without notice, if you create multiple accounts within the network. Members are encouraged to join multiple sites within the network, but multiple accounts are not allowed.

"Passions Network" also reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the "Passions Network" service, without notice, if "Passions Network" determines, in it's sole discretion, that your actions towards other members, or towards "Passions Network", or it's employees, or it's staff, are, or have been, abusive in any way.

Your membership in the "Passions Network" service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.

ONLINE CONDUCT. As a Member, you agree that:
You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the "Passions Network" service, or transmit to other "Passions Network" Members.

You will not include in your profile any offensive anatomical or sexual references, or offensive sexually suggestive or connotative language, and you will not post any photos containing nudity or personal information. "Passions Network" acknowledges that non-erotic nude photos are allowed on the Nudist Passions site within Passions Network. "Passions Network" reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any profile or photo that does not comply with these prohibitions.

You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other "Passions Network" Members. For protection of members against such conduct, "Passions Network" has imposed a per-day email limit on subscribers. "Passions Network" reserves the right to monitor and review any internal email messages sent within the "Passions Network" system, to identify messages in conflict with the "Passions Network" Terms & Conditions.
